How to become a sponsor of “Indian Mobilities” Strasbourg 2018 ?

Why to become sponsor?

Being a sponsor will provide you the following advantages:

1. VISIBILTY
   * your logo/name will be visible on all the communication and promotional tools (brochure, online news etc.);
   * your logo/name will be mentioned during promotional events (TV, radio as applicable);
   * your logo/name will be printed on the introductory banner of the exhibition;
   * we will be honored to receive you at the inauguration. A printable e-invitation to the inauguration ceremony will be sent to you via email.
2. GIFT
   * a nominative sponsorship certificate (hard copy);
   * a signed copy of the book ‘India. Small and Big Vehicles’ by Sara Keller (limited bilingual edition);
   * 10 % off on all exhibition objects (book, special prints and tote bag) for your employees (order placed till 1st October, 2018).
3. COMMUNICATION
   * permission granted to mention your contribution to “Indian Mobilities” on your website and other communication tools. Permission to use the “Indian Mobilities” logo.

How to become a sponsor?

To become sponsor of the “Indian Mobilities” Stuttgart 2018 event, please send the sponsorship file to contact@sarakeller.fr before 30st of September, 2018.
Required documents:
1. Sponsorship agreement, filled out and signed (original document or scanned copy);
2. Company / institution logo in jpg or pdf format (minimal requirement: 300 dpi, 5×5 in);
3. Payment of minimum 1’000 € or Rs-80’000 (bank transfers are possible in France and India). Bank details will be sent to you upon request.

Your sponsorship will be confirmed via email after receipt of the application file and payment.
A printable e-invitation to the inauguration ceremony will be sent to you via email. A nominative sponsorship certificate (hard copy) will be sent to you upon request.
